1. Our Service

We operate a mobile electronics-buying service through local, in-person transactions in available service areas. We do not operate a retail storefront. Nationwide shipping and mail-in purchasing are not currently offered.

Contact us to confirm device eligibility, meetup availability, and service coverage before arranging a transaction.

2. Device Information & Ownership

Provide accurate information about your device, including its model, condition, functionality, damage, and lock status. You must own the device or have authority to sell it.

We do not purchase stolen or blacklisted devices. We may decline devices that do not meet our purchasing criteria.

Before completing a sale, back up and remove your personal data and disclose any account locks or other restrictions.

3. Quotes, Inspection & Payment

An initial quote is based on the information you provide. The final purchase offer is confirmed after inspection and may differ if the device’s condition or other details differ from those reported.

You may accept or decline the final offer before completing the sale.

Payment follows inspection, condition confirmation, and agreement on the final offer. The payment method is agreed with you before completing the transaction and may include cash, Zelle, or another mutually agreed method.

We do not guarantee the highest offer or purchase of every device.

4. Text Messages & Communications

Consent

Where you opt in, we may send messages about your inquiry, quote, appointment, or transaction. Marketing messages require separate consent where applicable. Merely visiting this website or accepting these terms does not authorize marketing text messages. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of selling a device to us.

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, transaction, and messaging preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out & Getting Help

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may also contact us to withdraw consent through another reasonable method. A single non-promotional message may confirm your opt-out. Further messages requiring the withdrawn consent will stop unless you opt in again.
